Current Bar Terms and Conditions
Note that these terms and conditions are in effect (in line with Government guidelines) as of the 9th of August 2021.
We will still be running things a little differently and will be implementing a safety-first approach for Siberia that we require guests to familiarise themselves with prior to arrival. Through the assessment of our own risk and under the guidance issued by the Scottish government, we have to make you aware of the following conditions that will be imposed during your visit:

We require customers to wear face coverings when not seated in the venue – if you are exempt from doing so please make us aware on entry, if you are unable to do so then we will provide you with a mask as a last resort. We appreciate the effort involved here and hope you will be able to comply
Our front of house staff will greet you and confirm your booking/ take your walk-in details
Bookings will be restricted in size in regard to the size of table that we can actually facilitate. Bookings of up to 12 can be made through our resdiary widget on our website, anything larger will be subject to a deposit and further communication with ourselves.
Bookings will be given a 15 minute window for joining the queue. After the 15 minute window, the booking will be deemed as a no show and the table will be given away
At this stage also we will have to confirm names and contact details of all guests in your party, as set out by the First Minister. Your information will be stored in line with GDPR on our booking system.
Hands MUST be sanitised at point of entry, and frequently throughout your time with us
Do not move any furniture so as not to cause yourself any undue harm
Observe smoking rules of the area that you are seated in. If you would like to request a non smoking area, then please indicate and we can facilitate where possible. If you have an internal table we will have a designated sheltered smoking area to the rear.

We will be undertaking a strict regime of cleaning contact points (every 60 minutes), toilets and hard surfaces throughout the building.
Last orders for your table will be strictly 20 minutes before your departure time.
While we will aim to allow all tables to be with us for a maximum of 3 hours, there is the potential for this to be increased for evening bookings. Please indicate if you wish to do so by contacting us by email.
Furthermore it seems there are a lot of duplicate bookings coming through if this applies to you we are afraid that we will have to limit all bookings to one two hour slots to manage the risk to our environment, we hope that you do understand our need to do this in the immediate term, It is hoped that we can relax this over time.
We ask that when going inside to the toilet customers use face coverings to protect others, and foot pulls have been placed on doors for your convenience. Toilets will be cleaned periodically throughout the day. We trust that our guests will use their best judgement when using these facilities.

Our kitchen will be serving food daily with the last order for 8pm.
Our opening hours will remain variable as we adapt to our new trading environment, we reserve the right to close earlier than usual at our own discretion.

We advise that you read this thoroughly before coming to visit us in order to familiarise yourself and your group with our safety measures.
Undoubtedly, we are transitioning from what has been an extremely challenging time towards a time where we begin to learn to live with the virus. As a local independent business, your support and feedback is what we live by. If you think something could be improved, tell us, and equally if you think we have gone above and beyond to cover every base and you are impressed, we would love to hear about this also. We have missed you all and can’t wait to welcome you back, but there will be things that we will need to adapt and change as we learn to deal with operating under our new guidance and conditions.
Any abuse of staff enforcing the guidance will not be tolerated and as such you will be asked to leave the premises, this will also the case for anyone not following the guidance as set out above.

SPICE CHALLENGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
It is recommended that you pre-book for our Spice Challenge (especially at weekends). Management reserves the right to make this challenge unavailable at particularly busy times.
Any INDIVIDUAL (1 person) who completes the Spice Challenge by eating an entire Spice Challenge Pizza, is entitled to one free pizza at a later date (a completed pizza is 1 whole Unlucky 13 Pizza from our menu/ followed by a period of 5 minutes where by the competitor does not drink any liquid – nb. the competitor is entitled to drink while consuming the pizza) – signified by the prize of a Spice Challenge Winners Card. This card can only be used once and MUST be handed over when paying during the next visit.
PIZZA LOYALTY CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1 (one) stamp will be given upon purchase of a pizza from the Siberia menu. A stamp will not be given on redemption of a free challenge pizza reward. Management reserve the right to refusal.
WOLF PACK DISCOUNT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please present this card before ordering. 25% off food offer is valid Sunday-Wednesday between 12pm-4pm & drinks offers are valid all day Sunday-Wednesday. Discount cards are not valid on any bank holiday or bank holiday weekends, Fridays in December, Christmas or new years eve and are not valid in conjunction with any other offers or spree vouchers. Management have the right to amend or refuse the deal at any point. Please drink responsibly. Card is valid until 15th September 2022.
We take no responsibility for any lost property in the venue, and management have the right to refuse service at any point.
There is a free Hotspot wireless internet Service (the “Service”) provided by Harding Ltd for use by customers of Siberia Aberdeen. All users are required to log-in individually as an independent user.
2 FOR 1 FRIDAYS
2 for 1 Friday is valid each Friday during kitchen opening hours (12pm-8pm) – selected items only / cheapest item free.
Any individual that presents proof of employment with NHS Grampian/ any UK NHS district is entitled to 15% off their full bill (Sunday-Thursday). Proof of employment includes Staff I.D cards, work documentation which shows position etc. Discount is added at managements discretion and may be refused at any time.
1. Our agreement
1.1 This agreement applies from when we accept your request for Service. Please read the terms carefully before activating Service with us.
1.2 By using and/or activating Service with us and/or clicking the accept button on the login/registration page you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of the agreement, do not use the Service.
1.3 We may modify the agreement at any time. In accordance with clause 1.2, use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the agreement current at that point in time.
1.4 These Terms and Conditions do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Harding Ltd for products, services or otherwise. This agreement contains disclaimers and other provisions that limit our liability to you.
2. Providing services
2.1 You are responsible for providing all hardware and other equipment required to access and use the Service (a ‘‘Unit’’). We recommend an 802.11b or above-compatible computer, computer card, and/or device to access the Service. You are responsible for ensuring the compatibility of your Unit with the Service. The availability and performance of the Service is subject to all memory, storage and other Unit limitations.
2.2 Service is available to your Unit only when it is within the range of our Wireless LAN.
2.3 All services are provided on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant that the Service is fault free or fit for any particular purpose, or that our system is secure. You assume all responsibility and risk for use of the Service.
2.4 We will always try to make the Service available, but it may be interrupted, limited or curtailed due to maintenance and repair work, transmission or equipment limitations/failures, collocation failures or due to an emergency. We are not responsible for data, messages or pages that you may lose or that become misdirected because of interruptions or performance issues with the Service.
2.5 We reserve the right to immediately and without notice, suspend your access to the Service if we suspect that you are transmitting a virus (or any other manipulating program capable of modifying other programs and replicating itself).
2.6 Network speed is no indication of the speed at which your Unit connected to the Service sends or receives data. Actual network speed will vary based on Unit configuration, compression and network congestion. The accuracy and timeliness of data sent or received is not guaranteed and you accept that delays or omissions may occur.
2.7 We do not warrant that any particular virtual private network will be compatible with the Service.
2.8 We will not supply any software to you in connection with the Service. If you use software packages, applications or configurations then you accept the risk of any failure of the Service resulting from the use of such software packages, applications or configurations.
3. Use of the Service
3.1 The Service is made available provided:
(a) You do not use the Service for anything unlawful, immoral or improper;
(b) You do not use the Service to make offensive or nuisance communications in whatever form. Such usage includes posting, transmitting, uploading, downloading or otherwise facilitating any content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, a nuisance, obscene, hateful, abusive, harmful (including but not limited to viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs), a breach of privacy, or which is otherwise objectionable;
(c) You do not use the Service to harm or attempt to harm minors in any way;
(d) You do not act nor knowingly permit others to act in such a way that the operation of the Service or our systems will be jeopardized or impaired;
(e) You do not use abusive or threatening behavior towards other users of the Service, members of our staff or any person in the vicinity of a Wireless LAN Hotspot;
(f) You do not use the Service to access or use content in a way that infringes the rights of others;
(g) The Service is used in accordance with any third party policies for acceptable use or any relevant internet standards (where applicable).
3.2 You agree not to resell or re-broadcast any aspect of the Service, whether for profit or otherwise. You accept that your entitlement to use the Service is for your personal use only and that you shall not be entitled to transfer your entitlement to use the Service to any other person or allow any other person to make use of the Service.
3.3 You also agree not to modify the Unit or use the Service for any fraudulent purpose, or in such a way as to create damage or risk to our business, reputation, employees, subscribers, facilities, third parties or to the public generally.
3.4 You have no proprietary or ownership rights to any username or password or to a specific IP address, or e-mail address assigned to you or your Unit. We may change such addresses at any time or deactivate or suspend Service to any address without prior notice to you if we suspect any unlawful or fraudulent use of the services.
4. Content disclaimer
4.1 Harding Ltd does not control, nor is it in any way liable for, data or content that you access or receive via the Service. The Internet contains unedited materials, some of which may be sexually explicit or offensive to you. Whereas Harding Ltd use efforts to restrict such content Harding Ltd has no control over and accepts no responsibility for such materials.
4.2 Harding Ltd is not a publisher of third-party content that can be accessed through the Service and is not responsible for any opinions, advice, statements, services or other information provided by third parties and accessible through the Service. You are responsible for evaluating such content.
4.3 It is your responsibility to evaluate the value and integrity of goods and services offered by third parties accessible via the service. Harding Ltd will not be a party to nor in any way be responsible for any transaction concerning third party goods and services. You are responsible for all consents, royalties and fees related to third party vendors whose sites, products or services you access, buy or use via the Service.
4.4 Harding Ltd does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of information that is obtained through the Service.
4.5 If you choose to use the Service to access web sites or content provided by third parties or purchase products from third parties, then your personal information may be available to the third-party provider. The way third parties handle and use your personal information related to the use of their services is governed by their policies and Harding Ltd has no responsibility for their policies, or third parties’ compliance with them.
4.6 Harding Ltd is providing this Service to customers free of charge, and is intended to support general web browsing activities. Due to limited bandwidth and to ensure a consistent experience for all customers, our Wi-Fi does not support high-bandwidth actions such as streaming music, streaming video or downloading large files.
5. Fair Usage
To ensure the provision of a quality of Service to all our customers and to ensure that the behavior of some does not disadvantage the majority of our customers, you agree to abide by any fair use policy which we may apply.
6.1 The registration process requests that you provide Facebook account details or Google Chrome details which must be used in order to access the Service. As stated in sections 3.2 and 3.3 your username and password are personal to you and are not transferable. You must treat your username and password as confidential and you must not disclose such detail to a third party. All information provided to us by you during the registration process shall be true and accurate and will be relied upon by us for the provision of the Service.
6.2 You are solely responsible for all use of and for protecting the confidentiality of your username and password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your registration. Any breach of security of a username and password should be notified to us immediately. We have the right to disable your username and/or password at any time if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an “as is” basis and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of title, merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose which are expressly disclaimed. You assume all responsibility and risk for use of the service. Harding LTD does not authorise anyone to make a warranty of any kind on our behalf and you should not rely on any such statement. Neither we nor our officers, directors, employees, managers, agents, dealers, suppliers, parents, subsidiaries or affiliates warrant that the information, products, processes and/or services available through the service will be uninterrupted, always available, accurate, complete, useful, functional or error free.
9. Limitation of Liability
Even if Harding LTD has been advised of the possibility of damages, we will not be liable to you or any third party for any damages arising from use of the service, including without limitation: punitive, exemplary, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of privacy or security damages; personal injury or property damages; or any damages whatsoever resulting from interruption or failure of service, lost profits, loss of business, loss of data, loss due to unauthorised access or due to viruses or other harmful components, cost of replacement products and services, the inability to use the service, the content of any data transmission, communication or message transmitted to or received by your device, access to the World Wide Web, the interception or loss of any data or transmission, or losses resulting from any goods or services purchased or messages or data received or transactions entered into through the service.
10. Class Action Waiver
Whether in court, small claims court, or arbitration, you and we may only bring claims against each other in an individual capacity and not as a class representative or a class member in a class or representative action.
We can cancel this agreement immediately if any of the following happens:
(a) You break an important condition of this agreement or a number of less important conditions as determined by Harding Ltd.
12.1 You agree to indemnify us against any claims, demands, actions liabilities, costs or damages arising out of your use of the Service including any material that you access or make available using the Service, or violation of the agreement, including but not limited to use of the Service by you (or permitted by you) involving offensive or illegal material or activities that constitute copyright infringement. You furthermore agree to pay our reasonable legal fees and experts’ costs arising out from any actions or claims hereunder.
12.2 You agree to protect your username and password. You are responsible for any usage of your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized or fraudulent usage of the Service via your account, you should notify us immediately.
12.3 You may not transfer or try to transfer any of your rights and responsibilities under this agreement without our consent. We may transfer our rights and responsibilities to any third party without your permission.
12.4 The laws applicable to the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be the laws of the United Kingdom without reference to its conflict of law provisions.
12.5 This agreement shall not confer any benefit on a third party
12.6 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
12.7 We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

13. Social Media
1. Images on our social media that we have taken of you are property of Harding Ltd and our photographer.
2. To have anything removed that you disagree with contact ourselves directly
3. If any images displayed of you cause undue harm or duress we cannot be held liable as they are taken with your permission.
4. Any complaints with regards to our social media usage should be direct to ourselves for review
5. Harding ltd will not tolerate harassment of its employees via social media
1. The booking process that you initiate through our website will lead to you submitting a booking enquiry and that will be answered directly by one of our team.
2. Management reserve the right to refuse any booking
3. Your submission of a booking form does not guarantee your booking. We will contact with either an alternative area if what you have selected is unavailable or we will indicate that we cannot fulfil your booking as we are fully booked
4. With regards to package bookings, drinks must be paid for before your arrival. Food packages must also be paid arrival and are done on the basis of confirmed numbers to calculate your total bill
5. Food bookings must also come with a food service time to ensure that both parties are agreed on this before arrival.
6. Bookings that cause any subsequent damage to the venue will be subject to charges in that regard. With a £50 minimum charge as standard.
7. Under 18s cannot be in the venue outside food service as per our childrens policy

16. Terms and Conditions
1. As a company we will take under constant review our terms and conditions and make amendments where necessary.
2. Management reserve the rights to refuse entry.
3. All bookings are asked to be at the venue within 15 minutes of their designated booking time. Management reserve the right to reopen the areas and charge a no-show fee (as outlined above) in the result of a no show.
4. Siberia operates a challenge 25 policy and as such patrons are required when asked to produce adequate identification.
5. Patrons are asked to give a minimum notice of 24 hours to cancel their reservation
Hotel Terms and Conditions
By entering into the hotel building, you agree to the following terms and conditions;
There will be a team member on duty 24 hours should you require any assistance. Call or message us via WhatsApp on 07506150635 or alternatively you’ll find a team member in the upstairs bar from 9am till midnight.
No under 18s will be permitted as primary booker – all minors must be accompanied by a suitable adult.
Household limit must be adhered to (as per COVID-19 guidelines) – this will be confirmed by stuff upon arrival.
Smoking is against the law in any public buildings including hotel bedrooms. Guests are reminded that there is a £50 charge for anyone not complying.
There is a small sheltered smoking space located at the rear of the hotel, beside our car park for your convenience.
Customers must follow COVID-19 guidelines with regards to social distancing (one way system) and hand sanitization – these guidelines can be found throughout the building.
Masks must be worn at all times in public areas.
The hotel is card only – no cash will be accepted.
Rooms will not be cleaned during long stays, only on arrival and checkout as per COVID-19 cleaning guidance.
If we are advised that a member of staff or the public has developed symptoms of Covid-19 and was recently on our premises, management will contact the Health & Safety Executive and NHS Test and Protect to discuss the case, identify people that have been in contact with them, and follow relevant advice on actions or precautions that should be taken.
Our fire alarm system is tested each Wednesday at 10:30am. If the fire alarm sounds outside this time please evacuate immediately via the closest fire exit to your room. Our evacuation meeting point is as detailed on the back of your bedroom door.
A formal request ahead of your reservation must be made via your booking platform (booking.com / expedia etc) for sofa beds to be made up in your room.
Check out is up to 11am. If you would like to extend this, please contact our reception team the evening prior to your departure.
We get that sometimes you just need a little extra beauty sleep.
Pre-arranged late check out charges are as follows:
Single Room 12noon check out £10
Double Room 12noon check out £15
Apartment / twin room 12noon check out £20
Late check-out must be booked in advance (more than 1hr before scheduled check-out time).
